| Branch Manager |
Under the supervision of the Senior Vice President of Retail, the Branch Manager is responsible for promoting the bank by servicing and deepening customer relationships, as well as attracting new customers with both loan and deposit products.
The Branch Manager is responsible for developing and servicing loan volume for the market in which they operates. Incorporated in this, the Branch Manager will be responsible for public relations and the generation of new business in accordance to the bank’s goals and objectives for profitability as set forth by senior management.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree or significant related Retail experience.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Retail banking.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suites applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- This job requires skills needed in a typical office environment. This includes computer skills, communication skills, and the utilization of office equipment.
- Previous management experience preferred.
