With Clear Mountain Bank paperless eStatements, you can save time, save paper, and save trees. An eStatement gives you convenient and secure online access to your statement with no waiting.

Your eStatement will look exactly like your paper statement. You can access, review, save or print it whenever you like. You'll also have access to previous statements for easy record keeping.

A paperless eStatement is:

  • Simple! You will receive an email when your eStatement is ready to view online.
  • Fast! Your eStatement is available immediately - with no delays for mail time.
  • Secure! Your eStatement will not be lost or stolen in the mail.

  • FREE! There is no cost for eStatements.

How do I sign up for eStatements?

1) First, you must be enrolled in SmartLink Online Banking. If you aren't enrolled in SmartLink, simply contact your local Clear Mountain Bank office or Click Here for an Application.

2) Once enrolled in SmartLink, simply log in to your account to switch to eStatements, or Click Here for an eStatement Enrollment Form.

3) To sign up through your SmartLink online banking account, simply:

  • Log-in to your SmartLink Online Banking account,
  • Go to "SmartLink Options",
  • Click on "Edit" in the "eStatements" area.
When the list of your accounts is displayed on the eStatement "Account Summary" screen, simply check the box next to each of your account(s) for which you want to view eStatements.

*NOTE: The first name listed on your account will be able to sign up for eStatements through SmartLink. However, other names on the account may have eStatement access if they have enrolled in SmartLink online banking. Other names on the account can sign up for eStatements by completing the eStatement Enrollment Form.

4) That's it! You'll receive an email alert to let you know when your statement is ready for viewing.
