They are here to help you with your banking needs. When you use our video teller services, these are the friendly faces of Clear Mountain Bank team members that will greet you on-screen and assist you with your banking transactions. Experience the benefit of in-person teller services without having to leave your car. Our Video Teller service features extended drive-thru hours at all our Morgantown locations (Pierpont, Sabraton, Suncrest), and also at White Oaks and Sutton! In addition to being able to conduct your banking transactions with a live Clear Mountain Bank video teller, we offer you the added convenience of longer banking hours at these locations from 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday and from 8 am to 3 pm Saturday.

What’s your favorite part about being a video teller? My favorite part is helping our customer base become familiar with the new drive-thru technology and showing them how efficient and convenient it can be. I have always enjoyed being in a retail/customer service position, and being a video teller allows me to be of service to our customers while also acting as a liaison between them and this new banking experience. I am very happy to be a part of the video teller team and am excited to create strong connections with our customers, as well as many smiles along the way!

What’s your favorite part about being a video teller? My favorite part about being a video teller is being able to see the continuous integration of technology into our lives in the pursuit of accommodating all people. Watching new and long-time customers learn how to use our video teller machines is always a great sight, and being able to dedicate myself to one customer at a time seems to be a favorite aspect for our customers. Our extended hours also allow me to balance school and work, which is a huge advantage.
