Position Description
Senior Vice President/ Retail Administration

This position's primary role is to improve bank performance through managing the retail delivery function of the bank, which includes the management of all Branch Managers and their staff.
 This person will be responsible for managing the sales function on the Retail side of the bank, which includes cross-selling of bank products to new customers, as well as deepen account relationships within the existing customer base.  This person will assure that customer service is delivered in accordance with bank expectations. 

The VP/ Retail Administrator is part of the bank's Senior Management Team.  In that role, this position will be part of the team that helps set the bank’s long term direction, policies and procedures, and addresses other administrative issues.  Responsibilities include helping assure that the Bank operates within all regulations, policies and procedures adopted by the Board of Directors.  In addition, this position will help set overall strategic direction for the Bank to assure that tactics are in place to achieve the set strategies.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Four year degree in a related field preferred
  • Five to seven years experience in a related field.
  • This job requires skills needed in a typical office environment.  This includes computer skills as well as utilization of office equipment.
