“We are extremely excited to add Frank to our holding company board,” said David M. Thomas, president and CEO of Clear Mountain Bank. “His success in the medical and business communities is without question, and I’m sure that he will provide valuable guidance and insight to our company. Although MedExpress is now a nationally known name in the health care industry, I know that Frank and the other co-founders take great pride in the fact that MedExpress was founded locally and have not forgotten those roots. I’m sure that Frank has many opportunities to serve on a number of boards across the country, and the fact that he has chosen to serve on our board is a testament to his loyalty to the local communities that we serve.”
