Beware of Scams During COVID-19 Situation

We are advising customers to beware of potential scams related to the coronavirus situation. Criminals often use these types of situations to attempt to steal your sensitive information. Watch out for strange calls, emails, texts or websites that appear to be from legitimate businesses or government agencies asking for information like Social Security Number (SSN), usernames/passwords, account numbers, PINs, etc. Our customer service representatives are available to help you with all of your banking needs, including activating and using your digital banking services, by calling 304-379-2265. Customer service hours are 7am-7pm Monday through Friday and 8am-3pm on Saturday.
