Clear Mountain Bank is a wonderful place to work. I started working here in October 2008. The most rewarding part of my job is building relationships with my customers. I am proud to be a part of a company that provides great customer service and cares about the communities that we live in.
I have worked for Clear Mountain Bank for more than 25 years, because I value their commitment to their employees and the communities they serve. In that time I have been given the opportunity to advance from a part-time teller to a branch manager. The bank has encouraged me to advance my banking knowledge, which has given me the ability to help others succeed. Clear Mountain Bank encourages its employees to become involved and volunteer with local organizations. We have grown over the years, but the people who make the decisions are still local – you know them personally.
I started with Clear Mountain Bank in 2009. My position as data entry clerk challenges me daily, and I learn new things all the time. I enjoy being able to assist our branches and departments with any issues they may have and getting to know everyone to help each other as much as we can. The atmosphere of Clear Mountain Bank is one of the best I have ever worked in.
