Clear Mountain Bank is proud to announce the formation of the Harrison County Community Board, comprised of local community leaders from Harrison County, to enable the bank to provide the best service it can to the communities it serves.

“I’m excited to announce that we recently completed our efforts to assemble a fantastic Harrison County Community Board,” states David Thomas, President and CEO of Clear Mountain Bank. “The purpose of the board is to obtain guidance and advice from long-standing and well-respected leaders of the Harrison County communities so that our bank can become better entrenched in the community.”

Serving on the internal bank board are Susan Deniker (chairperson), an attorney at Steptoe & Johnson; Paul Carvelli, funeral director at Amos Carvelli Funeral Home in Nutter Fort; James Denny, CPA, managing member and accountant at Denny & Alastanos; Reverend Dr. Ken Ramsey, senior pastor at Bridgeport United Methodist Church; Chad Riley, P.E., CEO of The Thrasher Group, and Dustin B. Vincent, P.E., senior project manager at MarkWest Energy Partners.

Clear Mountain Bank opened a full-service branch office in the White Oaks section of Bridgeport in October 2018. Being a community board member of Clear Mountain Bank is an excellent opportunity for board members to help the communities to grow and prosper and to network with other community leaders.

“As a community bank, we believe it is critical to seek guidance and input from knowledgeable, active and engaged members of the community,” states Thomas. “We feel truly blessed to have the support and guidance of such a talented and respected group of community leaders as valued partners of Clear Mountain Bank, as we plant deeper roots in Harrison County.”

Clear Mountain Bank is a locally-owned and managed community bank serving north-central West Virginia and western Maryland.  Clear Mountain Bank offers a comprehensive array of banking services.  The company is a leader in providing electronic banking services, including mobile banking and remote deposit.  Additional information is available at
