Clear Mountain Bank Breaks Ground for New White Oaks Branch

Posted on: April 5th, 2018

Clear Mountain Bank staff and board members, supporters, and local officials broke ground Tuesday for the construction of a new banking office in the White Oaks Business Park in Bridgeport, WV.

David M. Thomas, president and CEO of Clear Mountain Bank, said, “The White Oaks community has been great to our bank since we first opened a small loan production office in the summer of 2015. Through the efforts of our talented team and the support of our local customer base, we have grown to the point that we are ready to take the exciting step of building a full-service branch here in Bridgeport. We look forward to planting deeper roots in Harrison County and being a vital part of the community.”

Clear Mountain Bank’s new office will provide a full array of financial services for both personal and business banking, including checking, savings, loans, and credit card and investment products.

Following completion of the new 3,300 square-foot location, the facility will provide many new amenities. Included are an open lobby concept with a free-standing two-station teller pod to improve efficiency, a smart deposit intelligent ATM, secure self-serve safe deposit boxes, a technology bar, five banking offices, a meeting room, and two drive-thru lanes. The building will have a modern appearance and will feature a glass entry tower which incorporates specialty color-adjustable LED lighting.

The new office will be located at 15 Sweetbrier Lane. Upon completion, it will replace Clear Mountain Bank’s current Bridgeport office at 320 Southview Drive, Suite 101. Construction of the new office is expected to be completed in the fall of 2018.
