Clear Mountain Bank Hires Pennington as Branch Manager

Clear Mountain Bank has hired Carmen Pennington as branch manager of the bank’s Pierpont Centre office in Morgantown.

In her position, Pennington will oversee the bank’s branch staff, which will include promoting the bank by servicing and developing relationships with existing customers and attracting new customers with both loan and deposit products and referring customers to other products and services offered by the bank’s commercial, consumer and mortgage lending, deposits, digital banking and business banking departments.

Pennington brings to Clear Mountain Bank more than 10 years of experience in the banking industry and more than 5 years in management. She most recently served as a market leader for a regional financial institution, overseeing daily branch operations and providing leadership to retail banking associates.

Pennington is a graduate of West Virginia University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in communications.  She is a native of Monongalia County and currently resides in Morgantown.
