1, Why are you replacing my existing card?

Your new Debit Mastercard BusinessCard will help us to serve you better by providing you with added benefits you can use every day.

2. Is there any cost to me?

No, your new card will have no annual fee, just like the card it replaces.

3. Will my PIN remain the same?

For security reasons, you will be prompted to select a new PIN number when calling to activate your new card.

4. Will I still continue to earn rewards?

Yes, you will continue to earn rewards every time you make a signaturebased transaction with your Clear Mountain Bank Debit Mastercard BusinessCard, subject to your current terms and qualifications.

5. When will my new card arrive?

You can expect to receive your new card in mid-May. When it arrives, simply:

• Call 1.800.992.3808 to activate and select a PIN number
• Sign the back
• Destroy your old card

Also contact any merchants who automatically bill your existing card to provide your new card number.

6. Who can tell me more?

If you have other questions, inquire at any branch or give us a call at 304-379-2265.

7. If I have multiple accounts, will each account receive a new card?

Yes. Each business account with a Visa® debit card linked to it will be reissued a new Clear Mountain Bank Debit Mastercard BusinessCard.

8. If I receive more than one card, how will I be able to tell which checking account it is linked to?

Simply call customer service at 304-379-2265. A representative will be happy to assist you.

9. If I use the CardValet® mobile app, do I need to enroll my new card?

If you use the stand alone CardValet app, yes, you will need to enroll your new Debit Mastercard in the app. If you use card controls within Clear Mountain Bank’s mobile banking app, your card will be automatically loaded in that app.

10. Will my new card work within Apple Pay®?

Yes, your new Debit Mastercard works within Apple Pay. You’ll need to set up your new card within the app when you receive your card. And coming soon, your new Debit MasterCard will be available in Google Pay™ and Samsung Pay®!
