Clear Mountain Bank Named to Preston County’s Top Picks
Posted on: August 31st, 2020
Clear Mountain Bank has been named the “Readers’ Choice” in the categories of Bank and Mortgage Provider by the Preston News & Journal.
Preston News & Journal recently held a local voting contest called “Preston County’s Top Picks,” in which outstanding local businesses and community members are being recognized and honored as Preston County’s Top Picks for 2020.
The readers’ choice awards consisted of a month of nominations, followed by five weeks of readers casting their votes online or through paper ballots, for their favorites in businesses, destinations, service organizations and eateries — as well as firefighters, EMS personnel and teachers. Three finalists were announced in each of the 67 categories before the Top Picks winners were selected.
Preston News & Journal General Manager Dave Boden stated, “We received 55,000 votes this year, which shows how much our local businesses and people mean to our readers. We’re looking forward to doing this again next year.”
A full list of categories, finalists and winners appeared in the Friday, August 28th edition of the newspaper.
