Clear Mountain Bank Names Jenkins as Chief Information Officer

Clear Mountain Bank is pleased to announce that Kiley Jenkins, who formerly served as vice president of operations, has been named to the position of chief information officer (CIO). In his position, Jenkins will be responsible to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the bank’s information technology and data processing systems.

Thomas, Clear Mountain Bank’s president and CEO. “Information technology is vitally important in today’s banking environment, and Kiley’s experience and knowledge in this area will help us continue to grow and provide high quality products and services to our customers.”

Jenkins began his career with Clear Mountain Bank in 1996. He has worked in various capacities within the bank, including as a teller, information technology manager and network administrator, and vice president of operations. Jenkins attended West Virginia University where he obtained a degree in business administration, specializing in management information systems. He is a member and past president of the Bruceton Mills Lions Club and also a member of the West Virginia Banker’s Association Disaster Preparedness Task Force and served as Chairman of the Task Force from 2016-2018.  Jenkins is a native of Albright and currently resides in Oakland, Maryland.
