Clear Mountain Bank Promotes Chase Thomas
to Business Development and Product Specialist

Clear Mountain Bank has announced that Chase Thomas has been promoted to Business Development and Product Specialist.
In his new role, Thomas will be responsible for analyzing bank products, processes and systems; creating business development plans and strategies; and developing methods and standards for managing customer relationships.

Thomas, Clear Mountain Bank’s president and CEO. “This is a new position for the bank, which will ultimately help us to expand and deepen customer relationships and continue to provide the highest levels of customer service as our bank continues to grow. I am confident that Chase will continue to serve the bank well in his new role.”
Thomas began his career with Clear Mountain Bank as a credit analysis intern in 2013 and entered the bank’s management trainee program. He has served in various capacities during his career at Clear Mountain Bank, including associate accountant and most recently holding the position of controller.
He is a graduate of West Virginia University, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance, and is currently in the process of obtaining his MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
In addition to his career in finance and banking, Thomas is active in the Future Leaders Council of the West Virginia Banker’s Association (WVBA) and participated in the Emerging Leaders Program through the WVBA. He is also active in Community Bankers of West Virginia (CMWV) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), through which he is a licensed CPA.
