Clear Mountain Bank Promotes Conard to Business Development Manager

Clear Mountain Bank is pleased to announce that Matt Conard has been promoted to the position of Suncrest Business Development Manager.

“This is a new position for the bank and will help us continue to grow and expand our business development efforts for our three branches in the Suncrest area,” states Clear Mountain Bank President and CEO, David M. Thomas.

In his new position, Conard will serve as the primary sales contact within the Suncrest market and will work to promote the bank by servicing and deepening customer relationships, attracting new customers, and executing business development plans and strategies.  He will be responsible for leading the sales activities for the bank’s Suncrest office, Patteson Drive Kroger office, and Suncrest Towne Centre Kroger office.

Conard has worked for Clear Mountain Bank since 2006 and previously held the positions of branch manager, branch operations supervisor, teller supervisor and teller. A native of Morgantown, he is a graduate of the West Virginia School of Banking and the Lloyd P. Calvert Graduate School of Banking.
