Clear Mountain Bank’s Hayes Appointed to PCEDA Board

Harry Hayes, Vice President of Mortgage Origination for Clear Mountain Bank, has been appointed to serve a three-year term as a board member for the Preston County Economic Development Authority (PCEDA).

Hayes has been with Clear Mountain Bank since 2006. A native of Kingwood, he obtained his bachelor’s degree in business management from West Virginia University. Hayes is also a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking and holds a Wharton Leadership certificate.

In addition to his appointment to the PCEDA board, where Hayes will serve in the area of finance, he also serves on the Kingwood Volunteer Fire Department finance committee and the United Way Emerging Leaders committee.
