While our bank has not experienced any direct impacts from the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we must take every precaution to ensure that we can continue to operate our branches as safely as possible. Rest assured, we are still 100% open for business, and we are committed to making your banking experience as safe and convenient as possible.

What does Limited Lobby Access mean?

Limited Lobby Access means that Clear Mountain Bank’s branch locations are closed to walk in-traffic. Drive-thru services remain available with expanded hours at some locations. Lobby access is available for customers by appointment only. Lobby access at the bank’s Kroger locations is unavailable during this time, and customers of the bank’s Kroger offices are directed to utilize drive-thru services at the nearest Clear Mountain Bank branch. Sabraton Kroger customers may access safe deposit boxes by appointment.

Why is the bank limiting lobby access?

The bank’s pandemic team has been closely monitoring the developing Coronavirus situation. While our bank has not experienced any direct impacts from the Coronavirus outbreak, we must take extra precautions to ensure that we can continue to operate our branches as safely as possible. Limiting lobby access adheres to federal, state, and local health agency recommendations to limit public interactions to help prevent the spread of the virus.

Is the drive-thru still open?

Yes, drive-thru’s are open to provide most of the transactions you can do by coming into the lobby of the  branch.  Visit our locations page here.

Are all of the bank’s services still available?

Yes! Many types of everyday banking transactions can be completed through the bank’s online and mobile banking channels. If you need to access the lobby to meet with a loan officer, access a safe deposit box, open an account, or conduct other business, you may schedule an appointment by calling the branch.

Is there another way for me to apply for a loan or open an account?

What kinds of things can I do with online and mobile banking?

Our electronic banking channels offer the ability to view transactions, transfer funds, pay bills, open an account, and even apply for a loan. Additionally, the Clear Mountain Mobile app offers the ability to deposit checks using mobile deposit, make person-to-person payments using Zelle®, and manage your Clear Mountain Bank debit cards.

Are the bank’s ATMs still available?

Yes, and keep in mind that many of our ATMs accept both cash and check deposits, including our ATM locations at Suncrest, Suncrest Towne Centre Kroger, Patteson Drive Kroger, Reedsville, Kingwood, and White Oaks. In addition to our local branch locations, the bank offers surcharge-free ATMs at every Sheetz® location and at thousands of MoneyPass® locations nationwide.

How long will access to the lobby be limited?

That is unknown at this time. Our team is monitoring the pandemic situation closely and will re-open the lobbies and in-store branches when we feel it is safe for customers and team members.

Is my money still safe?

Yes! Banks are one of the safest places for your money and remember that deposits at Clear Mountain Bank are insured up to $250,000 per depositor. If you need additional insurance coverage, Clear Mountain Bank can provide FDIC insurance coverage on deposits up to $50 million through our CDARS and ICS programs.
