Hammock Elected to Clear Mountain Bank Board of Directors

Clear Mountain Bank officials are pleased to announce that Jon Hammock has been elected to serve on the bank’s board of directors.
Hammock is president, CEO and founder of KeyLogic Systems, headquartered in Morgantown, WV. He has nearly three decades of business, entrepreneurial, and community leadership experience. Since it was founded in 1999, KeyLogic’s main areas of focus include R&D technology management, business intelligence, cybersecurity, biometrics, and budget/financial systems, among others. KeyLogic has grown to become a nationally recognized professional services, engineering and technology firm, currently employing approximately 300 people. KeyLogic is headquartered in Morgantown, WV with employees in 20 states.

A West Virginia native, Hammock is a serial entrepreneur, with projects in commercial real estate, aviation, and hospitality. He is also part of an angel investment group that is providing capital to emerging businesses with a focus in West Virginia.
Hammock has a BS degree in computer science from West Virginia University and an MBA from the University of South Carolina. He is a member of the WVU Lane Department of Computer Science & Electrical Engineering’s Academy of Distinguished Graduates, and he serves as the chairman of the WVU College of Engineering and Mineral Resources Advisory Committee. Hammock also serves on the board of directors for Mon Health Medical Center Foundation, as well as the Morgantown Area Chamber of Commerce. His work with KeyLogic earned him recognition as the 2009 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and the 2015 Milan Puskar Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the Morgantown Area Chamber of Commerce. Hammock resides in Morgantown with his wife, Lynn, and daughter, Sarah.
