Update Your Clear Mountain Mobile Banking App

On September 10, 2019, Apple announced that iOS13 will be publicly available this Thursday, September 19. Through the beta process, our mobile banking provider identified two issues with those running a version of our mobile app prior to 19.1.200. One issue caused users to not be able to view the home account screen. The second cause users to experience a blank camera when attempting to make a mobile deposit.


The Clear Mountain Mobile app currently available on the App Store is the latest version (19.1.200) and users who have automatically or manually kept up with their app updates should not experience issues. However, if a user updates their operating system and has not updated their Clear Mountain Mobile app since our latest release, they may experience issues.


If you encounter a customer having issues with their mobile banking app, please have them verify their iOS and mobile banking app versions and request that they update their Clear Mountain Mobile app. This should correct any issues they may have encountered.
